Job Title: Nuclear Medicine Technologist

LeaderStat is seeking a skilled Nuclear Medicine Technologist for a travel assignment in a dynamic healthcare setting.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Nuclear Medicine Technologist to join our team. As a Nuclear Medicine Technologist, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to the administration of radioactive materials and the operation of imaging equipment.

Responsibilities:
  • Administer radioactive materials to patients for diagnostic and therapeutic purposes
  • Operate and maintain imaging equipment, including gamma cameras and positron emission tomography (PET) scanners
  • Develop and implement procedures for the safe handling and disposal of radioactive materials
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure accurate and timely diagnosis and treatment of patients
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety
Requirements:
  • 1 year of experience working as a full-time Medical Technologist
  • Clinical experience within the last 2 years
  • Current State Licensure
  • Current Relevant Certifications (BLS, ACLS, etc)
