- Program Supervision: The Work and Family Life (WFL) program supervisor will oversee the daily operations of the WFL team, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Client Services: The supervisor will provide direct support to clients, assessing their needs and developing personalized plans to address their concerns.
- Training and Development: The supervisor will lead training sessions for staff members, ensuring that they possess the necessary skills to deliver exceptional client services.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**
- Education: A Bachelor's Degree in a Social Science or related Behavioral Science field is required.
- Experience: Four years of experience equivalent to a major in the field, applying a wide range of concepts, principles, and theories relating to one or more of the social or behavioral science fields and social services delivery systems.
- Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to represent the team in dealings with senior leaders.
