We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Brooklyn Center for Rehabilitation and Healthcare, a state-of-the-art 281-bed rehabilitation and skilled nursing facility located in Brooklyn, NY.

Job Summary

The LPN will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, administering medications, and performing various clinical tasks. This is a part-time position working evenings and weekends, with a base rate of $30.13 and an additional 10% shift differential.

About the Role
  • Collecting information from new residents and recording their health details
  • Administering medications and injections as needed
  • Treating and dressing wounds and bedsores
  • Supervising Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)
  • Maintaining resident's food and liquid intake and output
Requirements
  • A valid LPN State license
  • Ability to work as a team member
  • Good standing with State Registry
