Job Title: Esthetician

We are seeking a skilled Esthetician to join our team at Innovative Women's Health Care Solutions. As a key member of our spa staff, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and providing top-notch skincare services.

Job Summary

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in skincare, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering personalized services. You will be responsible for conducting consultations, performing facials and other skincare treatments, and promoting our beauty and skincare products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough consultations to understand clients' skin concerns and develop personalized treatment plans
  • Perform a range of skincare services, including facials, microdermabrasion, and chemical peels
  • Suggest and sell our beauty and skincare products to clients, based on their individual needs
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a relaxing and rejuvenating experience for clients
  • Attend staff meetings and continuing education workshops to stay up-to-date on the latest skincare trends and techniques
Requirements and Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
  • Current state esthetician's license in good standing
  • Significant work experience as an esthetician or similar role
  • Exceptional customer service skills and ability to work independently
  • Knowledge of skincare products and cosmetics, with the ability to suggest and sell products based on clients' needs
