Key Responsibilities- Provide basic patient care under the supervision of registered nurses, doctors, and other providers.
- Contribute to the assessment process and complete relevant member screening and assessment activities.
- Maintain clear communication among the healthcare team and ensure continuity of care for newly enrolled members.
- Assist with caseload management activities, care transition, and preventative health and wellness activities.
- Support effective communication among internal and external stakeholders, including Magellan staff, members, caregivers, providers, and community agencies.
- Licensed to practice as a practical or vocational nurse in a State or territory of the United States or the District of Columbia.
- 1+ year of experience working in a medical office or hospital setting as a LPN.
- Strong clinical abilities, detail-oriented, and enthusiasm for a collaborative approach to treatment.
- Excellent verbal and communication skills.
- Top Secret with SCI polygraph clearance or willingness to obtain clearance.
Magellan Health offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health, life, and voluntary benefits, as well as a competitive salary range of $50,225 - $75,335. This position may be eligible for short-term incentives and a tobacco-free workplace.
