Job Summary:We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate RN to provide high-quality patient care in our Cancer Center. As a Per Diem RN, you will work on a part-time basis, providing care to patients with various medical conditions, including oncology and medical infusion patients.
Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care, including initial nursing evaluation, development and implementation of care plans, education, and counseling of patients and families.
- Assist with daily telephone triage, coordinate and perform injections, chemotherapy infusions, and blood draws.
- Collaborate with practice staff, NP/MD, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
- Document patient information and current plan in EPIC.
- Current Registered Nurse licensure in the State of Massachusetts.
- BSN required.
- 3-5 years of oncology nursing experience required.
- Chemotherapy/Immunotherapy/Biotherapy experience required.
- OCN preferred.
- Medical, dental, and vision insurance.
