Commercial Roofing Foreman Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Roofing Foreman to lead our roofing crews and manage commercial roofing projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead commercial roofing crews in the installation, removal, and replacement of commercial roof systems.
  • Manage commercial roofing projects, ensuring the highest level of craftsmanship and quality.
  • Perform work in accordance with job specifications and safety guidelines.
  • Maintain professional interaction with customers and manage commercial roofing crew, including completing required paperwork and attending meetings as necessary.
  • Track inventory and file daily reports.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience leading commercial roofing crews.
  • Experience with all types of commercial roofing systems is ideal.
  • A valid driver's license.
  • Initiative, integrity, and adaptability.
  • Ability to climb ladders, regularly bend, climb, and kneel.
  • Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly.
  • Ability to work at varying heights and during various weather conditions.
  • Ability to pass pre-employment screening.
Working Conditions:
  • Field environment with exposure to heights, noise, and temperature.
  • Extensive standing, walking, climbing ladders. Frequent lifting not to exceed 50 pounds.
  • Travel required, up to a 180-mile radius.
