Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Home Health Aide to provide non-medical personal care and household support to our clients. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the well-being and comfort of our clients in their own homes.

Responsibilities
  • Assist clients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Maintain a safe and clean living environment by performing household tasks, including laundry, cleaning, and meal preparation.
  • Assist with grocery shopping, budgeting, and scheduling errands to ensure clients' needs are met.
  • Establish and maintain regular communication with clients' families to ensure their needs are being met.
  • Work collaboratively with clients' families to ensure their medical needs are being met.
  • Maintain accurate records of clients' health and employee information.
Requirements
  • Previous experience as a Home Health Aide is preferred but not required.
  • Access to reliable transportation.
  • Current CPR certification (American Heart Association) is preferred but not required.
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check and provide references.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
