Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Restaurant Shift Lead at Jimmy John's Sandwich Atlas Group NE2 1335SL. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive dining experience, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide FREAKY world-class customer service to Jimmy John's customers
  • Prepare and make sandwiches to the highest standards
  • Maintain store cleanliness and adhere to food safety guidelines
  • Train and develop team members to ensure a smooth and efficient service
  • Assist with recruiting efforts and contribute to a positive team culture
Requirements:
  • Must be 18+ years old
  • Preferred management experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs
