Arbitration Adjuster

Fred Loya Insurance seeks a highly skilled Arbitration Adjuster to join our team in El Paso, TX. As an integral part of our operations, you will play a crucial role in resolving insurance disputes and ensuring seamless customer satisfaction.

This exciting opportunity involves providing well-written responses and supporting evidence to arbitrations filed against Fred Loya Insurance Group. You will also be responsible for filing counter-arbitrations on behalf of the company, reviewing subrogation arbitrations, and making recommendations for their resolution. Additionally, you will provide timely responses and utilize available resources to meet objectives while following best practices within a structured setting.

• Resolve insurance disputes through thorough research and analysis
• File counter-arbitrations and respond to arbitrations on behalf of the company
• Review subrogation arbitrations and provide recommendations for resolution
• Communicate effectively with customers and stakeholders to ensure seamless dispute resolution

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field (e.g., business, law, or a related discipline)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a related field, preferably in insurance dispute resolution or a similar industry
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications relevant to the role
