Asset Protection Security Specialist

At Macy's Inc., we're looking for a skilled Asset Protection Security Guard to join our team. As a key member of our asset protection team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our customers and employees. Your duties will include:

* Greeting customers in a friendly and helpful manner
* Monitoring high-risk areas such as receiving and jewelry
* Performing audits and investigations as needed
* Maintaining contact with store detectives to ensure store safety
* Preparing reports on theft incidents, merchandise recoveries, and other activities

**Key Responsibilities:**

**Requirements:**

* High school diploma or equivalent required
* 1-2 years of experience in security or a related field preferred
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
