About the Role

Citizens is seeking a skilled Painter to join our team. As a Painter, you will be responsible for painting the interior and exterior of structures, buildings, and other surfaces.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare walls and other surfaces for painting by scraping, using sandpaper, and removing old paint.
  • Mix paint and other materials to prepare the right color or texture.
  • Apply varnish and other finishes.
  • Complete work orders correctly with minimal call backs.
  • Communicate in a pleasant and professional manner with internal and external customers.
  • Maintain inventory of supplies, tools, and materials.
  • Responsibility for maintaining bank vehicle.
Requirements
  • 2 or more years of general painting experience.
  • Excellent knowledge of painting materials and how to select, mix, and apply.
  • Solid knowledge of commercial and/or construction painting techniques.
  • Aptitude in using appropriate tools (brushes, caulking guns, etc.).
  • Conscientious with great attention to detail.
  • Competent use of MS Office applications to include MS Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Ability to travel as required.
  • Good written and communication skills.
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent.
  • Valid Driver's License required.
