Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of patients with various medical conditions.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care.
- Conduct health education and counseling to promote healthy behaviors and disease prevention.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
- **Education:** Bachelor of Science in Nursing or Master of Science in Nursing.
- **Experience:** One year of RN experience, preferably in a hospital setting.
- **License/Certifications:** Current licensure as a registered nurse with the North Carolina Board of Nursing and BLS Healthcare Provider certification.
