Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled HVAC Service Manager to lead our service team and drive business growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships, driving profitability, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage customer account leadership, including labor and material growth and execution of the service business.
  • Drive profitability and productivity of the team.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and growth.
  • Lead the execution efforts of assigned service business, including warranty-related customer issues.
  • Procure and maintain fleet and tools inventory.
  • Ensure consistency of delivery systems through supervision and audits of technicians and customer service agents.
  • Review and approve all labor and material quotations.
  • Manage budgeting, forecasting, accounts payable/receivable, and staffing levels.
  • Conduct formal performance reviews and address related issues.
  • Ensure safety performance and program compliance.
Requirements
  • Technical school training or equivalent experience in the HVAC or building controls industry.
  • Three or more years of management experience in a similar service deliverable environment.
  • Strong technical ability and prioritization skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, customer service, and negotiating skills.
  • Demonstrated competence in writing and verbal communication skills.
  • Basic financial accounting experience.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office products and basic Windows environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Diploma in Electronic or Mechanical Systems.
  • Five years prior experience in the HVAC or building controls industry.
  • Five plus years in a service management role directing a similar service deliverable team.
