LPN ICU Nurse Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled LPN ICU Nurse to join our team at Levindale Hebrew Geriatric Center and Hospital. As a LPN ICU Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in our Intensive Care Unit.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients in the ICU
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care transitions
  • Monitor and report patient status to the Registered Nurse/Director of Nursing

Requirements:

  • Graduate of accredited school of nursing (diploma)
  • License for Practical Nursing and AHA BLS CPR Certification
  • Basic computer skills; Synquest; IV Pump; Phillips Monitoring System; Accucheck; EKG Machine, Specialty Bed Operation
