Job Title: Preschool Administrator

Primrose School of Cumming East is seeking an experienced Preschool Administrator to lead our team in delivering exceptional educational experiences.

As a SACS Accredited Private Preschool, we provide a premier educational experience for children from Infant through Elementary-aged School. Our mission is to bring the best and most trusted in early childhood education and child care services to families we serve.

Salary and Benefits

Estimated salary: $70,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.

Job Responsibilities
  • Overall responsibility for helping our Leadership Team manage and oversee all aspects of a private preschool, including health and safety, enrollment and financial wellness, staffing, training and retention, campus management, and delivery of high-quality education and care.
  • Maintain strong relationships with our families, faculty, and vendors.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to enhance our brand and attract new families.
  • Cultivate and maintain a safe and enjoyable culture while working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Perform all essential functions for each position in the School, including leadership roles, teaching, food service, and bus driving duties.
  • Ensure effective use of operational software to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
  • Support the growth and development of our team members, providing communication and creative support as needed.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Primary Education, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of management experience in a licensed child care facility.
  • Strong background in staffing, enrollment, and maintaining a positive culture.
  • Demonstrated organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
  • Proven track record in hiring, developing, and retaining staff.
  • Commitment to building positive relationships with families and the community.
