Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure timely completion of tire service and repair tasks.
  • Safely operate and maintain an automotive service truck to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Diagnose issues, perform on-site repairs and/or replacements, and make recommendations to customers.
  • Determine whether tires are repairable and provide guidance to customers.
  • Remove tires for retreading or repair and perform other services on commercial vehicles such as brakes, suspension, axle work, oil and lubrication services.
  • Work collaboratively with teammates to achieve team goals and objectives.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
