- Minimum of 3-5 years experience in marketing, journalism, communications, advertising, or public relations.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Journalism, Communications, or related field or equivalent work experience.
- Solid understanding of social media platforms, including LinkedIn, TikTok, Threads, and Instagram.
- Curiosity, creativity, and resourcefulness to uncover information from across the business and shape into compelling stories.
- Strong judgment, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Highly proactive, self-starter with strong interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail with outstanding project management skills.
- Fluency with social media analytics, SEO, and social scheduling applications a plus.
- Sense of humor and positivity.
- Competitive salary range: $67,743 - $114,705.
