Role Summary:

The Dispensary Associate plays a crucial role in assisting customers with their cannabis purchases while providing education on various strains, effects, and consumption methods. Responsibilities include delivering knowledgeable and friendly service, processing sales transactions, and collaborating with management to maintain a clean and organized dispensary.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Welcoming and assisting customers, both new and returning
  • Educating customers on product selection
  • Providing a comprehensive overview of available cannabis products and current promotions
  • Managing customer records and verifying eligibility for purchases
  • Processing payments and maintaining accurate records in the POS system
  • Distributing informational materials to customers
  • Supporting inventory audits alongside dispensary management
  • Performing additional tasks as required

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with electronic record-keeping preferred
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks
