About the Opportunity

UNM Medical Group, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Nurse Educator to join our team in Albuquerque, New Mexico.

Salary Range: $83,283 - $106,121 (dependent on experience)

Job Overview

This is a full-time, day shift opportunity that involves providing clinical education and evaluation to nursing and patient care staff.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing education and be able to facilitate evidenced-based research within an ambulatory nursing setting.

Responsibilities
  1. Provides educational leadership to Clinics and care providers.
  2. Assists Clinics with educational needs, problem resolution, and health management across the continuum of care.
  3. Collaborates with medical providers, patient care staff, and clinic management in the planning, implementation, and delivery of educational curricula.
Requirements
  • Equivalent education leading to Registered Nurse Certification.
  • State of New Mexico Licensed Registered Nurse or licensure pending as documented by temporary licensure OR Current RN licensure from a state participating in the multistate privilege to practice compact with New Mexico.
