Palm Careers LLC is seeking a skilled Anesthesia Technician to join our team in an Acute Care setting. As an Anesthesia Tech, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of anesthesia services in our hospital.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pre-Operative Preparation: Set up for the day, including during turn-over of cases in main OR, GI, and satellite areas, such as OB, Radiology, and Cath lab. Troubleshoot equipment during cases and assist Anesthesia providers as needed.
  • Case Setup and Support: Set up before cases, respond to any block procedure (U/S guided) in Pre-op, and assist with intubation as needed.
  • Post-Operative Support: Respond to any concerns in Pre/Post Op from Anesthesia.

Requirements:

  • Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 6:00 am to 2:00 pm, with no call required.
  • Equipment Proficiency: Proficient with Dräger machines and able to troubleshoot this brand.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience working as an Anesthesia Tech in an acute care and trauma setting.
  • Certification: Certified Anesthesia Tech.
