We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Emergency Department team at Mercy Hospital Kingfisher. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to patients in the Emergency Department, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment.
- Develop and implement individualized patient care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and communication.
- Graduate of an accredited registered professional nursing program.
- Current RN license within the hiring state and/or compact licensure.
- Ability to push, pull, and/or lift 50 pounds on a regular basis.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or successful completion of course within 30 days of hire.
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) certification.
- Experience working in an Emergency Department or similar healthcare setting.
