Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team at Thermo Fisher Scientific. As a key member of our Distribution team, you will play a critical role in ensuring our customers receive the products they need to achieve their scientific goals.

Responsibilities
  • Directs, stages, and places all material in or outside the building, using proper material handling equipment.
  • Picks, prepares, packages, documents, labels, and ships all material according to prescribed regulations using proper dispatching equipment.
  • Unloads, verifies, sorts, separates, locates, and properly documents (filing) all material. Responsible for inventory accuracy.
  • Maintains assigned equipment clean and in good working order.
  • Performs all job functions in a safe and responsible manner. Keeps all work areas clean and orderly.
  • Minimizes downtime and material losses.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Preferred: Minimum of 2 years of work experience in a manufacturing, operations, production, lab setting, or related field.
  • Preferred: Experience with powered industrial trucks.
