Key Responsibilities:
  • Determine guest needs and suggest products to enhance service and meet sales goals.
  • Assist guests in their menu selections and package guest orders according to established recipes and outlet standards.
  • Operate electronic cash register systems to accurately and immediately account for payment transactions.
  • Transport monies to and from the main Credit cage.
  • Perform all day-to-day activities in work areas to maintain service, product quality, and cashiering responsibilities in a sanitary, safe, and effective manner.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality in all company matters.
Requirements:
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Prior customer service experience in a fast-paced environment is preferred.
  • Previous cash handling experience is a plus.
  • Must have excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to operate a P.O.S. system and/or adding machine and make change.
  • Available to work required schedule, which may include nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
