Paint Setup Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Paint Setup Operator to join our team at Acuity Brands. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for handling and painting parts to meet quality and quantity standards.

• Handle and paint parts at normal quantity and quality levels.
• Make simple adjustments to equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Check and maintain proper concentrations of cleaning agents to ensure a safe working environment.
• Assist supervision in maintaining a smooth and orderly flow of materials, including inventory management and racking component organization.
• Efficiently operate the burnoff oven as required.

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• Ability to read and understand schedules and related materials.
• Maintain personal safety equipment and adhere to 5S principles in the work area.
• Pass Fit, Spirometry, and Respirator Tests.
• Medium work requirements.
