Position Overview:
The Clinical Nursing Supervisor plays a pivotal role in overseeing nursing operations during assigned shifts, ensuring the highest standards of patient care and compliance with established protocols.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Director of Nursing in delivering exceptional care and achieving positive clinical outcomes.
  • Lead and manage the nursing staff, ensuring adherence to company policies and healthcare regulations.
  • Facilitate the effective implementation of care delivery models and processes.
  • Work collaboratively with the Director of Nursing to maintain appropriate staffing levels for safe, continuous nursing care.
  • Engage in mentorship, recruitment, and training of nursing staff, while also participating in performance evaluations and staff development.
