Job SummaryThis is a key role in our medical unit, requiring strong nursing skills and experience in providing high-quality patient care. As a Clinical Nurse II, you will contribute to the creation of a positive patient experience by implementing physician orders, administering medications, and performing various treatments and procedures.
Responsibilities:- Implements physician orders and administers medications as required
- Performs treatments, procedures, and special tests under company policy and local/state/federal rules and regulations
- Orders, interprets, and evaluates diagnostic tests to identify patient conditions
- Assesses and evaluates patient needs for care rendered
- Collaborates with the nursing team to create a Plan of Care for all patients
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Strong nursing skills and experience in a hospital setting
- Ability to work collaboratively with the nursing team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
As a Clinical Nurse II at Albany Medical Center, you can expect a competitive salary range of $55,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.
