We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Laboratory Technician to join our team at CDR Health Care Inc. in Miami Dade County, FL.

Job Summary

The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting blood samples from patients and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

  • Collect blood samples from patients in a professional and compassionate manner
  • Prepare patients before drawing blood and ensure they are comfortable and at ease
  • Verify patient information and label blood samples correctly
  • Follow all health and safety protocols and procedures to maintain a sanitary work area
  • Accurately update patient information in the organization's database

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Phlebotomy Certification in good standing required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks while working in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexible schedule including late afternoon and evening hours and overtime as needed

Estimated Salary: $40,000 - $60,000 per year
