- Manage change orders, budgets, and schedules to keep projects on track.
- Supervise installation teams to ensure top-tier execution.
- 2+ years of experience in a commercial construction role (Project Manager, Superintendent, or Construction Supervisor).
- 3+ years in commercial or new construction (non-residential).
- A proven track record of developing business and securing new projects.
- Strong industry relationships with General Contractors or commercial flooring crews.
- A tactical, results-oriented approach to managing projects and solving problems.
