Job Description

We are seeking a highly qualified Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as a dialysis specialist. The successful candidate will oversee the delivery of dialysis services and provide exceptional care to patients at Puget Sound Kidney Centers (PSKC).

  • The RN will be responsible for providing education to patients, supervising Dialysis Technicians, adjusting treatment plans per standing orders, monitoring patient outcomes, administering medications, participating in quality improvement projects, and collaborating with other members of the patient care team.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, candidates must have:

  • A current Registered Nurse (RN) license from the WA State Board of Nursing or Compact Nurse license.
  • Current certification of Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) with a Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers card from the American Heart Association.
  • A minimum of 1 year nursing experience.
  • Previous dialysis experience.
  • Prior experience in Acute or Ambulatory Nursing preferred.

Location and Hours

This position requires flexibility to work at any PSKC clinic location on the peninsula, including Poulsbo, Bremerton, Port Orchard, and Port Townsend. You must also be able to work any shift schedule depending on staffing needs.
