Responsibilities- Provide personalized patient care, including assisting with daily living activities, mobility, and hygiene.
- Transport patients safely and efficiently to various locations within the facility.
- Respond promptly to patient call lights and requests, ensuring timely and courteous service.
- Report observations and concerns to nursing supervisors, contributing to a safe and supportive care environment.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions, treatments, and outcomes.
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in good standing in the state of employment.
- Experience working with geriatric patients is highly valued.
- Successful completion of a training and competency evaluation program.
- Completion of orientation required by company policy.
- Health screening and TB test (if required) within two weeks of employment.
- Mandatory drug test within 90 days of hire.
- Clear background check and compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Ability to provide satisfactory evidence of identity and eligibility for employment within three days of hire.
- Competitive hourly rate: $22.25 per hour.
- Comprehensive benefits package, including 401(k), dental insurance, flexible spending account, health insurance, health savings account, life insurance, and vision insurance.
