Job Summary

Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized patient care, including assisting with daily living activities, mobility, and hygiene.
  • Transport patients safely and efficiently to various locations within the facility.
  • Respond promptly to patient call lights and requests, ensuring timely and courteous service.
  • Report observations and concerns to nursing supervisors, contributing to a safe and supportive care environment.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions, treatments, and outcomes.
Requirements
  • Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in good standing in the state of employment.
  • Experience working with geriatric patients is highly valued.
  • Successful completion of a training and competency evaluation program.
  • Completion of orientation required by company policy.
  • Health screening and TB test (if required) within two weeks of employment.
  • Mandatory drug test within 90 days of hire.
  • Clear background check and compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Ability to provide satisfactory evidence of identity and eligibility for employment within three days of hire.
