Position Overview:
We are seeking a qualified Hospitalist in Internal Medicine to join a dedicated healthcare team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work within a collaborative model consisting of 4 physicians and 4 nurse practitioners.
- Adhere to a structured schedule of 7 days on followed by 7 days off, with NPs managing night shifts and physicians available for backup.
- Compensation includes a competitive salary of $260,000 along with an annual performance-based bonus of $12,000.
- Facility features a total of 198 beds, inclusive of 18 ICU beds and 18 emergency department beds.
- Basic ventilator management and certain procedures are part of the role.
- Average patient load is approximately 16 encounters per physician daily.
- Note: Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
