Job Opportunity at Club Pilates

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as an Assistant Manager. As a key member of our studio team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our boutique Pilates studio, with a strong focus on sales and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales and Retention: Direct membership sales, lead generation, and implementing sales processes to schedule prospects into demo classes.
  • Staff and Vendor Management: Manage staff schedules, coordinate with vendors, and supervise sales representatives.
  • Operations: Monitor and optimize studio operations efficiency, make decisions related to high-level customer service, and maintain cleanliness and organization of the studio.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of membership or service sales experience.
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to generate personal sales.
  • Ability to manage and drive multiple revenue streams.
  • Fluent in English and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-changing environment and make decisions using good judgment.
