The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Chief Software Engineering Officer to lead our team in developing reliable, performant, and user-friendly software with a robust set of features. This position will provide technical guidance, lead careful prioritization, and utilize best practices for complex software systems.

Your Responsibilities
  • Manage and mentor a team of talented software engineers
  • Partner with dedicated product managers to build category-leading products
  • Interview and recruit engineers for your team
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, robotics, or related fields from a top institution
  • 2+ years of people management experience
  • Programming experience in C++, Python, or Java
