Job Summary:

Lowe's is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team. As a key member of our warehouse operations, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth receipt, storage, and distribution of merchandise to our retail stores.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Unload and organize merchandise from incoming shipments, ensuring accurate and efficient receipt into our inventory system.
  • Assist in maintaining a safe and organized warehouse environment, adhering to all safety protocols and procedures.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve daily and weekly inventory goals, ensuring accurate and timely stocking of merchandise.
  • Participate in cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain accurate inventory levels and identify opportunities for process improvement.
  • Support the receiving and processing of merchandise, including inspecting shipments for damage or discrepancies.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse or distribution environment preferred.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
