We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced instructor who can lead guided group stretching classes for up to 6 clients at a time. You will also provide one-on-one assisted stretch sessions, ensuring that each client receives a personalized experience tailored to their needs.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for boutique fitness environments, with a love of stretching, mobility, and flexibility. Previous experience as a Massage Therapist, Personal Trainer, Physical Therapist, or Pilates or Yoga Instructor is highly desirable.

This is a part-time position, with opportunities for advancement to full-time as your book of business grows. The compensation package includes a competitive hourly wage of $22-$25 per hour when stretching members, with additional hours available supporting the Studio at $10 per hour.

Responsibilities include:

  • Leading guided group stretching classes for up to 6 clients
  • Providing one-on-one assisted stretch sessions
  • Encouraging and motivating clients throughout stretch sessions
  • Building membership and retaining current clientele through sales and outreach
  • Managing client care by delivering exceptional service, updating client notes consistently, and booking recurring appointments
  • Ensuring client safety by enforcing proper stretch techniques and policies
  • Attending staff meetings and educational presentations
  • Handling member concerns when applicable
  • Maintaining strong social media presence to enhance client engagement
  • Cleaning and maintaining all equipment to ensure availability

To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent communication skills, empathy, and a professional work ethic. A fitness certification is required, and previous experience working in a fitness/health environment is highly beneficial.
