Cake Decorator Expert

We are seeking a talented Cake Decorator to join our team in Grapevine, TX. As a Cake Decorator, you will be responsible for driving member service in your area to deliver more of what members love, for less.

You will work collaboratively with other associates to ensure the total club meets the member's expectations. Your primary goal will be to create high-quality bakery items that exceed customer expectations.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Planning bakery productions to ensure consistency in quality and accuracy of decorative designs.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to educate other associates on tools, tasks, and resources.
• Communicating effectively with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
• Maintaining in-stock levels and controlling shrinkage.

• Utilize digital tools to drive sales and improve the shopping experience.
• Adapt to new tools and encourage others to use them.
