About the Role:
This is a full-time position that requires no prior experience in the industry. We will provide comprehensive training to ensure your success. You will be expected to drive a company vehicle, follow a route schedule, and interact with customers to ensure their satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
• Complete our award-winning company-paid training program
• Drive a company vehicle and follow a route schedule within assigned territory
• Communicate with customers to ensure satisfaction and discuss additional services
• Serve as a problem solver for customers to decide on the most efficient and best overall pest solution
• Complete all required service-related documentation using a hand-held device provided for speed and accuracy

Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Valid drivers license required
• Ability to obtain Illinois Department of Agriculture General Standards license within 60 days of starting employment
