  • Provide high-quality patient care using the nursing process and clinical standards.
  • Delegate patient care activities to other members of the healthcare team.
  • Develop and maintain professional accountability and development.
  • Perform the role of preceptor and charge nurse as assigned.

Qualifications:
  • BLS (Basic Life Support) certification is required
  • RN (Registered Nurse) license is required
  • ACLS certification, if required by department
  • Nurse specialty certification is preferred
Education:
  • Associates degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma is required
  • Bachelors degree in Nursing is preferred
Experience:

1 year of RN experience in acute care or 6 months RN experience in acute care with prior LPN experience and completed competency assessment is required.
