Bike Assembler

We are seeking a skilled Bike Builder to join our team at MarketSource. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality construction of bikes for our major retailer.

• Assemble and tune new bikes to a high standard of quality.
• Inspect/test bicycles after assembly for quality.
• Assess and repair returned bikes for restock.
• Partner with retailer to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Adhere to the store planogram and replace empty displays with the required bike models.
• Maintain bike section fully stocked, clean, and accurate.
• Provide detailed reporting through app-based call reports on all instore activities.

• High School Diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.) required.
• Must be able to kneel, bend, twist, stand for extended period of time, and lift 50+ pounds repeatedly.
• 1 year of assembler experience building bikes and/or similar products.
• Proficiency with technology - data gathering and basic computer use.
• 75%+ Travel required within the local market.
• Must have a valid US Drivers License.
• Reliable transportation.
• Must be able to work Monday-Friday.
