Position Overview:
Citizens Memorial Hospital (CMH) is in search of a dedicated Primary Care Nurse to join our expanding healthcare team.

Role Responsibilities:
As a vital member of our medical staff, the Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) will provide comprehensive care to patients at our rural health clinic. This facility offers a wide range of family health services, including:
- Obstetric care
- Pediatric care
- Women's health
- Preventative health management
- Wellness visits

Additionally, our clinic features a Walk-in Clinic that operates seven days a week, ensuring immediate care for patients of all ages facing sudden health issues or injuries.

Key Duties Include:
- Administering IV fluids and medications
- Patient education and support
- Conducting EKGs and lab draws for both adults and children
- Managing inventory on a weekly and monthly basis
- Providing splinting and other necessary medical interventions

Work Schedule:
This position requires flexibility with rotating days, weekend shifts, and holiday coverage.
