Key Responsibilities:
As a Labor and Delivery Nurse, you will provide exceptional patient care, communicate effectively with physicians and other healthcare professionals, and ensure seamless coordination of care. You will also be responsible for administering medications, monitoring patients' responses, and reporting outcomes. Additionally, you will maintain a clean and safe environment, transport patients as needed, and perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need one to three years of experience as a Registered Nurse, with certifications that may include those specific to labor and delivery. You must possess strong critical thinking skills, excellent communication abilities, and a willingness to work collaboratively with others. Physical demands include standing, moving about, lifting equipment (50-100lbs), pushing, pulling, and bending.
