Job Summary

The Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) is responsible for delivering high-quality patient-centered care and coordinating unit/department functions during designated shifts. In collaboration with management team members, the CNC directs, monitors, and evaluates nursing care according to established policies/procedures.

This role requires a commitment to the organization's vision/mission/values, supporting an unparalleled patient experience and clinical outcomes that contribute to overall departmental performance.

  • Assists with admission and discharge processes to ensure efficient throughput and high-quality patient care.
  • Participates in ongoing assessments of patient care services provided in the unit, collaborating with other management team members.
  • Collaborates with subject matter experts and managers to create a teamwork environment that supports improved outcomes and service.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A graduate degree from an accredited school of nursing.
  • A Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
  • Licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of NH or a valid compact state.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • ACLS or completion within three months of hire.
  • Chemotherapy certification is preferred.
