Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Interventional Radiology Technologist to join our team at Marshfield Medical Center. As an integral part of our radiology department, you will be responsible for assisting with interventional procedures, ensuring patient safety and comfort throughout the process.

Responsibilities
  • Assist radiologists with interventional procedures, including angioplasty, stent placement, and tumor ablation.
  • Prepare and maintain equipment, including angiography machines and fluoroscopy units.
  • Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to the radiologist.
  • Ensure proper positioning and immobilization of patients during procedures.
  • Collaborate with radiology staff to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
Requirements
  • ARRT certification in radiography or interventional radiography.
  • BLS certification.
  • WI license to practice as a radiologic technologist.
  • 2 years of experience in interventional radiology or a related field.
Working Conditions
  • 40 hours per week, with every third weekend.
  • Call required: 1 in every 3 weekdays.
Additional Requirements
  • Current driver's license or government-issued photo ID.
  • AHA certification for BLS.
  • Tech Cert Verification within 30 days of start.
  • State License 1 Verification within 30 days of start.
  • NURSYS Verification within 30 days prior to start date.
