  • Accompany clients on outings, promoting socialization and engagement
  • Assist with medication reminders and administration, as needed
  • Ambulate and transport clients, ensuring safe and comfortable movement

  • Document and chart client progress, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records
Requirements:
  • Current HCA (Home Care Aide) certification or willingness to obtain
  • Documented experience in caregiving or a related field
  • Negative TB skin test or chest x-ray, and COVID-19 vaccination
  • Access to a mobile phone and ability to travel within the East Bay area
