About the Job
We are seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in Ladson, SC. This is a 12-week contract position in home health, offering flexible scheduling and work-life balance.
Job Description
As an LPN with Interim HealthCare Staffing, you will have the opportunity to provide high-quality patient care and make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients. Your responsibilities will include:
- Implementing physician orders and reporting patient response
- Recognizing changing patient conditions and intervening appropriately
- Administering medications and reviewing physician orders
- Providing direct care to patients with diverse diagnoses and conditions
- Maintaining a safe environment and responding to emergency situations
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- A current LPN license in South Carolina
- A minimum of 2 years of nursing experience
- CPR certification and immunization records
- A valid driver's license and car insurance
- Demonstrated clinical proficiency, critical thinking skills, and good communication abilities
Salary and Benefits
