About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Donation Attendant in our Lakewood store. As a key member of our production team, you will play a vital role in processing and sorting donations from our community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accept and process donations from donors, issuing receipts as necessary
  • Provide exceptional customer service, greeting donors and ensuring a positive experience
  • Exercise good judgment in determining acceptable donations, communicating decisions to donors effectively and politely
  • Maintain a clean and organized donation area, both inside and outside
  • Assist with unloading and loading trucks and trailers
  • Maintain accurate records and deliver to supervisors or drivers as scheduled

Requirements:

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on safety
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift 25-50 pounds
  • Flexibility and willingness to learn
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
