Job Title: Travel LPN Long Term Care

Critical Connection, inc is seeking a skilled LPN/LVN Long Term Care professional for a travel job in Lexington Park, Maryland.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate LPN/LVN to provide high-quality patient care in a Long Term Care setting. As a travel LPN, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of patients and develop your skills in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct and individualized nursing care to older patients based on the application of scientific nursing principles.
  • Consult and coordinate with healthcare team members to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
  • Prepare and administer medications, and record patients' medical information and vital signs.
  • Assess patients' ability to perform routine daily tasks and assist with basic needs such as dressing, eating, and bathing.
  • Promote quality end-of-life care for older adults and involve, educate, and supervise family/significant others in implementing best practices.
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
  • Current nursing license, in good standing with the State licensing board.
  • Minimum of one (1) year LTC experience.
