Job Title: FinTech Incubator Executive Director

Western New England University is seeking an Executive Director to lead the establishment and management of its FinTech Incubator. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, project management, and communication, with a focus on building relationships and driving results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies to attract and support FinTech startups and entrepreneurs
  • Manage the incubator's operations, including budgeting, marketing, and community engagement
  • Collaborate with university stakeholders to promote the incubator and its services
  • Build and maintain relationships with key partners, including investors, industry leaders, and academic institutions
  • Develop and deliver training programs and workshops to support the growth of FinTech startups
Requirements:
  • MBA or MS degree in a related field, with a focus on marketing, sales, or business administration
  • At least 5 years of experience in sales, project management, or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of FinTech, AI, and analytics
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
