Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of engineers, scientists, and IT specialists in evaluating, assessing, and developing cybersecurity policies, procedures, and artifacts.
- Provide guidance to technical staff on IT network modernization and cybersecurity policy development.
- Lead cybersecurity team actions, including acquisition of information system facilities and networks, and determining when new or updated ATOs are required.
- Provide recommendations for organization changes, including manpower, budgets, operations, personnel utilization, office objectives, and missions and functions.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
- At least 1 year of specialized experience in IT network modernization and cybersecurity policy development.
- Experience in leading and managing a team of engineers, scientists, and IT specialists.
- Strong background in engineering and technical management.
